Once we receive your mail we begin to investigate as soon as possible.  We usually take around 24 to 48 hours to respond but will do our best to respond as quick as possible.

If it's regarding an order if you can please provide:

The email address used at ordering, your unique order number and design link if possible.  

This will help speed up any questions. 

If you paid via Paypal please provide your transaction ID

As a heads up, the process for an order is as follows:

Order screen directly after placing your ordering confirming your order with your unique order number then  you will received an email confirming your design with in a few minutes.

We then send you an email once this has been manufactured with a photo of then order. Then once shipped we will send you the tracking code so you can see track your order.
